I have always believed that "With life in general, if you are going to do it at all, you might as well do it right the first time—it saves you time in the long run." This is especially true in Real Estate and with me serving as your local expert in the Fairbanks North Star Borough you can be assured that I'll get the job done right the first time.
I have lived in the North Pole and Fairbanks areas my entire life and have no plans to leave anytime soon. I have attended the University of Alaska Anchorage for mechanical asset training and the University of Alaska Fairbanks for business management.
As a lifetime local, I bring a wealth of local knowledge that many newcomers may not possess. One of the many areas of expertise includes home construction and differentiating between a well-built insulated house and a home of lesser quality, something that is of the utmost importance in a community where weather changes can fall from -60 degrees during the winter to 100 degrees in the summer.
One of my favorite parts of the job is getting to know clients on a personal level. Clients often state they want the Alaskan feel in their homes and I strive to answer the challenge every day. I like to stay in close contact with my clients but let them drive the timeline. I don't do high pressure sales. Nothing infuriates me more than high pressure sales. Buying a home is the biggest purchase of your family's life and you may need extra time to decide on your family's future and I support that fully.
I am the father of three kids (all red heads) who constantly keep me on the move, from sports games and practice to music lessons, Soccer, Football, tap jazz and afterschool activities help keep me busy.
